Anne Arundel Community College offers a variety of online, instructor-led, virtual and self-paced courses in programming, coding and scripting.

 Introduction to CSS3 and HTML5

Designed to fast-track jobseekers in cybersecurity roles, the Cyber Workforce Accelerator’s Workforce Development Program features BCR Cyber’s SOC Operations Analyst I (SOCOA I) Training and Certification. This program is delivered at no cost to participants and prepares you for entry-level security operations center roles, providing technical cybersecurity knowledge including threat analysis, security operations, enterprise security and hands-on incident response.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Must be enrolled at Anne Arundel Community College
  2. Must have or be seeking an associate degree in IT/cybersecurity (minimum of 30 credits completed including CTS-140) OR have two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+
  3. Must be looking for employment in IT/cybersecurity to begin working full-time within the next 6 months
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen
  5. Must be domiciled in Maryland
  6. Must have no criminal convictions
  7. Must be 18 years old or older or 17 turning 18 within six months of the program start
    • Note: Students must first register in and complete the required form in the checkout process before registering in this program.

Students will be directed to Bridging Cyber Training upon registration. Classes will be held through Bridging Cyber's online portal.

This program consists of three courses for a total of 200 total hours of instruction.

The total program cost for Anne Arundel County residents is $6,644, which includes instruction and fees. Scholarships are available.

Note: Students must have an operational web camera and a computer with at least 8GB of memory.


How to Register

Students taking noncredit classes don't need to apply for admission to 51勛圖厙. Just check out our course search, choose a program or course that interests you, register and make your payment. Registration for summer courses is open. Registration for fall 2026 opens July 14! Please check course availability prior to registration.

CALT CLOSURE ALERT

The School of Continuing Education and Workforce Development offices located in CALT 115 will be CLOSED from June 7 through June 27. The Continuing Education registration desk will be temporarily located in the Student Services Center (SSVC), first floor on the main Arnold campus.
